Buff and Debuffs are addition afects that can afect the tide of battle greatly be it PvP or PvE.

Some Buffs/Debuffs can not be stacked if they are the same and will instead be replaced with the new Buff/Debuff with a refreshed timer

Enraged Enrage Removes all movement impering Effexrs and makes you Immune to them ?
Holy Barrier Holy Barrier Addeds a Barrier equal to 5% of HP per skill point allocated
Mirror Shield Mirror Shield Refelcts one skill effect and Damage from a single target attack 30s or until procced
Regenaration Regenaration Recover HP ever 2 seconds (7 Ticks) 14s
Stim Shot Stim Shot Increase Vitality by 25% (Work in Progress skill) 60s

Pierced Hemorrhage Deal Damage every 1s based on Skill Damage (3 Ticks) 3s
Poisoned Poison Arrow Deal Damage every 1s based on Skill Damage (4 Ticks) 4s
Silenced Silencing Arrow Prevents any ability from being used (Does not stop a channel or mid cast) 2s
Snared Snare Decrease movement speed by 10% per skill point allocated 5s
